1. Acceptance of terms

By using Trimgoal you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Trimgoal is a web-based weight loss calculator that estimates personalised calorie targets and tracks weight progress. A free tier is available without an account. A paid Pro tier unlocks additional features including fasting tools and advanced tracking.

3. Not medical advice

The calculations, projections, and information provided by Trimgoal are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on population-average formulas and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results will vary.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise habits, especially if you have an underlying medical condition.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Pro subscription and billing

Trimgoal Pro is a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape or harvest data from the service without prior written consent

7. Limitation of liability

Trimgoal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any reliance on the calorie estimates or projections provided.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
